No log data appears in the UI


After enabling New Relic Logs, sending some log payloads, and waiting about five minutes, no data appears in your New Relic Logs UI.


If no data appears after you send some log payloads and wait about five minutes, try the following:

Compatibility Make sure you have installed a compatible log forwarding plugin.
Status codes

Check the response status code coming from the New Relic collector. For example:

HTTP Error 403: Forbidden. Review your license key.

New Relic requires your license key when you enable your logging tool. An HTTP 202 response indicates success.


Run a query using the NrIntegrationErrors NRQL event to see if any errors are related to logging. For example, look for messages such as:
