Enable monitoring for AWS Lambda

There are several steps to enabling Lambda monitoring:

1. Link your AWS account.
2. Optional: configure CloudWatch Log collection: if in Step 1, you used the newrelic-lambda CLI, that automatically installs the CloudWatch logs collector by default and you can skip this step.
3. Instrument an example function.
4. Instrument your functions.
5. Optional: Set up alerts and custom events.
