We're thrilled to announce that several of our most powerful advanced platform capabilities have officially moved to our Core Observability offering. Full Platform Users and Core Compute customers now get these features. Depending on your plan, they're available at no additional charge or at Core Compute (CCU) rates.
Modern software environments require proactive monitoring, organizational health tracking, and seamless collaboration. Previously, adopting these advanced capabilities required an Advanced Compute (aCCU) add-on, which created a premium price barrier for many teams. We've eliminated that friction. By moving these essential products into our core platform experience, we're ensuring that every Full Platform User has the out-of-the-box tools they need to drive system reliability, share insights externally, and prevent incidents before they happen.
What’s included in the move
Service Architecture Intelligence (SAI)
Gain a centralized, searchable system of record for your enterprise. Understand dependencies, track ownership, and enforce engineering standards without leaving your workflows or navigating disconnected wikis.
Proactive and predictive workflows
Shift from reactive troubleshooting to proactive prevention. With NRQL Predictions and Predictive Alerting, you can get notified of anomalies before thresholds are breached, using a simple toggle directly within your existing alert conditions and using the PREDICT syntax in your query.
Seamless external sharing
Democratize your data by sharing live dashboards with stakeholders outside your organization via a public URL, requiring no New Relic login to view the metrics that matter most.
