Improvements and enhancements

• Upgraded the embedded OpenTelemetry Collector from v0.156.0 to v0.164.0, incorporating the latest upstream components and fixes.
• Upgraded the gateway build to Go 1.26.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue introduced in 2.5.0 where the gateway rejected valid APM agent payloads with an HTTP 413 Request Entity Too Large error when the uncompressed payload exceeded about 1 MiB. The gateway now accepts New Relic agent payloads up to 30 MiB uncompressed, while still rejecting oversized requests.

Security updates

• Updated the golang.org/x/text and google.golang.org/grpc dependencies to resolve high-severity vulnerabilities reported against the 2.5.0 image.
