To view incidents for a specific entity (alert target), select the Incidents index from the product page. Then, from the product's Incidents index, use the available tools to search, sort, or view incidents for the selected entity. From here you can also view or update the policies and conditions that triggered the incidents.
Go to one.newrelic.com > All entities and select an app. Under the Events section, click Issues & activity, and then select the Incidents tab to open the incidents index. Use the available tools to search, sort, or view incidents for the selected entity, or to view or update the associated policies and conditions.
