Servers > (selected server) > Network: The selected server's Network page provides information about network performance for the selected time period.

From the selected server's Network page, you can select a network interface from the list to view details about Bandwidth (Megabits per second), Packets per second, and Errors per second over time. Use any of New Relic's standard user interface functions and page functions to drill down into detailed information.

  • Bandwidth is the amount of data transferred per unit time. Tx/transmitted and Rx/received totals appear in the Bandwidth chart.
  • Packets per second shows how many separate network packets have been sent and received.
  • Errors show the number of errors recorded for the interface by the OS.
