Environment data not updating (Servers for Windows)


New Relic Servers is no longer available. For infrastructure monitoring, please use New Relic Infrastructure. For how to switch to Infrastructure from Servers, see the transition guide.


You made changes to your server environment, but New Relic Servers UI still shows the previous environment values. Changing memory size, CPU count, or disk size will not change the maximum values expected.


This only affects the environment data (labeled on the Server Overview page). It does not affect any of the data in the charts; those are accurate.

To work around this problem:

  1. Stop the server monitor and delete it from New Relic.
  2. Start it again to have it report as a new server with the correct environment settings.
